OS command injection in TOTOLINK EX1200L EN_V9.3.5u.6146_B20201023 allows remote attackers to execute commands as root. setDiagnosisCfg inserts the unvalidated Ping Address value into a shell command used to run ping and stores output for getDiagnosisCfg. The public artifact does not establish whether authentication is required; successful exploitation exposes the command output.
