Forged notifications via leaked channel token

Channel access-token exposure in the mokumoku chohu mini-app on LINE 13.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to send crafted notifications. The public record states that the mini-app leaks its channel access token, but the withdrawn disclosure leaves the leaking code path and trigger undisclosed. Low-privileged network access is required, and the exposed token permits notification creation without a reported availability impact.
