Unauthenticated database manipulation via unescaped SQL parameters
Published Oct 2, 2023 · Updated Sep 23, 2024
SQL injection in Presto Changeo Test Site Creator 1.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to manipulate the PrestaShop database. TestSiteClass::TestSiteIsCreated() concatenates unescaped name_testsitecreator and uncast id_testsitecreator values into a SQL query. Guest access to a trivial HTTP request is sufficient, enabling database reads or writes, administrative access, and deletion of shop data.
