Service crash via device-name stack overflow

Stack buffer overflow in the HTTP server of Tenda RX9 Pro 22.03.02.20 allows remote authenticated users to crash the service. The update_dev_name function in libtd_server.so calculates a destination bound from one untrusted input without including the other input's length, overflowing a stack buffer when Chinese encoding is selected. An authenticated HTTP session and the Chinese language setting are required; a crafted SetOnlineDevName request terminates httpd with a segmentation fault.
