Hard-coded credentials in Paxton Access Net2 before 6.07 SR1 allow remote attackers to intercept HTTPS data via forged certificates. The installer places a root certificate in the trusted store while exposing its password through an accessible batch file or recoverable source code. Exploitation requires the certificate and password, a proxy position between an end user and a target site, and user interaction; it exposes transiting content.
