CVE-2023-43818Network attack vector

Code execution via malformed wTextLen field

Published Jan 18, 2024 · Updated Jun 17, 2025

Buffer overflow in Delta Electronics DOPSoft 2.00.00.00 through 2.00.07.04 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted DPS file. The DPS parser mishandles the wTextLen field, but Exodus Intelligence has not disclosed the destination buffer or unchecked operation. Execution requires a user to open the file, after which attacker-controlled code runs in the application's security context.
