Unauthenticated dashboard access via encoded queue path

Authentication bypass in nexryai Concorde before 12.121.9 allows remote attackers to access its Bull job-queue dashboard. The web middleware compares the still-encoded request path with /queue, so an encoded character such as %71 bypasses its token check before routing to the same dashboard. No credentials or user interaction are required; dashboard access can disclose private posts and messages or permit failed-job retries that overload the server.
