Arbitrary file deletion via unvalidated plugin names

Path traversal in Arduino Cloud Agent 1.3.2 and earlier allows local users to delete arbitrary files through a crafted HTTP request. The /v2/pkgs/tools/installed handler constructs a deletion path from an untrusted plugin name without confining the resolved path to the tools directory. Exploitation requires localhost HTTP access or a CORS bypass, and deletion is limited to paths writable by the account running the agent.
