Local code execution via fixed temporary registry file

Insecure temporary-file handling in falkTX Cadence 0.9.0 through 0.9.2 allows local users to overwrite files or execute code. Cadence.py opens the fixed /tmp/cadence-wineasio.reg path without safe exclusive creation and then passes that path to regedit. Code execution requires Wine, changed Wine ASIO settings, disabled kernel file protections, and a successful race.
