Privileged data disclosure via improper condition check
Published Sep 16, 2024 · Updated Nov 3, 2025
Information disclosure in Intel processors with SGX allows local privileged users to read protected data through an improper condition check. Intel identifies the locus only as a condition check in UEFI firmware associated with SGX and has not disclosed the checked condition, affected operation, or exposed data. A local privileged user must satisfy undisclosed attack conditions; Intel reports confidentiality impact without integrity damage or service interruption.
