Browser script execution via unneutralized translation value

Reflected XSS in osCommerce 4.12.56860 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser through an admin request. The admin text-submission path accepts a crafted translation_value[1] value and renders it as executable browser content without adequate neutralization. Low-privileged access and user interaction are required, and exploitation can read or modify data available to the victim's browser session.
