Improper authentication in Warptech Industries Warpgate before 0.8.1 allows remote attackers to access SSH targets via an unsigned key offer. The SSH server accepted a public-key offer as successful authentication before requiring a signature, allowing a request built from a known username, target name, and registered public key to pass. Exploitation requires an account configured for public-key-only authentication; the result is unauthorized access to the account's assigned SSH target, while no service interruption is reported.
