Unauthenticated server-side requests via unrestricted model URLs

Server-side request forgery in PyTorch TorchServe 0.1.0 through 0.8.1 allows remote attackers to request arbitrary model URLs. The model registration API accepts attacker-supplied locations because the default allowed_urls pattern permits every file, HTTP, and HTTPS URL, then stores the retrieved model on disk. Exploitation requires network reachability to the unauthenticated management API and can expose internal resources or write model files within the service account's permissions.
