Server crash via cyclic Check evaluation

Denial of service in OpenFGA before 1.3.2 allows remote attackers to crash the server through a Check request against a cyclic model. The Check graph evaluator redispatches previously visited computed-userset and tuple-to-userset paths, recursively traversing a cycle until memory is exhausted. A stored authorization model with a reachable cycle is required; models without cycles are unaffected, and successful exploitation interrupts the service.
