vTPM service crash via unbounded stack allocation

Stack overflow in the vTPM server in LF Edge EVE before 9.5.0 allows guest OS users to crash the service via a crafted request. handleRequest interprets the four-byte protobuf header as an unsigned payload length and allocates that attacker-controlled size on the stack without a bound. Reachability requires code executing in a container or virtual machine on the EVE host; successful exploitation interrupts the vTPM service, while the CNA also reports control of its highly privileged process.
