Sensitive file disclosure via external XML entities

XXE in OMRON CX-Designer 3.740 and earlier allows attackers to read sensitive local files through a crafted project file. The project-file XML processing permits attacker-controlled external entities to resolve local file paths without restriction. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious project file, and the documented consequence is local file disclosure only.
