Information disclosure in Croc before 9.6.16 allows local users to read a transfer shared secret from process arguments. The CLI accepts the sender or receiver code phrase as a command-line argument, causing the operating system to expose it in process listings. On multiuser Linux and most UNIX-like hosts, another logged-in user can capture the secret and receive files intended for the recipient.
