Builder command execution via skipped source verification

Data integrity failure in Buildroot 2023.08.1 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to execute commands through an unchecked source archive. The support/download/check-hash script returns success when BR_NO_CHECK_HASH_FOR names a downloaded file, allowing an HTTP fallback archive to bypass integrity verification. Exploitation requires interference with the configured source connection and control of the plain-HTTP fallback response; a malicious Makefile then runs on the builder and can alter generated artifacts.
