Buffer overflow in Lenovo Desktop BIOS allows local users with elevated privileges to execute arbitrary code through LEMALLDriversConnectedEventHook. Lenovo has not disclosed the specific buffer-copy operation, the oversized input, or the path by which that input reaches the module. Exploitation requires elevated local privileges and can compromise firmware confidentiality, integrity, and availability without user interaction.
