Improper input validation in Lenovo Desktop BIOS allows local users with elevated permissions to execute arbitrary code through OemSmi. Lenovo identifies the SMI callback in the OemSmi driver but has not published which input it mishandles or which validation is missing. Exploitation requires local high-privilege access and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability on affected desktop firmware.
