Memory corruption in the Qualcomm Hypervisor allows local users to compromise protected execution via misaligned platform information. The Hypervisor accepts improperly aligned platform information and performs a buffer operation that corrupts memory. Local execution on an affected Snapdragon platform is required; no privileges or user interaction are required, and exploitation crosses the hypervisor security boundary.
