Renderer code execution via dangling FixedArray pointers

Out-of-bounds memory access in V8 in Google Chrome before 116.0.5845.96 allows remote attackers to corrupt the heap via crafted HTML. Torque-generated code can retain dangling FixedArray pointers and later access freed or repurposed heap storage outside the intended bounds. A user must load the attacker-controlled page; successful exploitation can execute code in the browser renderer or crash it.
