Memory corruption via oversized WLAN scan lists

Integer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon WLAN HOST firmware allows local users with high privileges to corrupt memory through oversized scan data. WLAN HOST accepts more scan-frequency-list entries or channels from user space than its arithmetic can represent, causing memory corruption. Exploitation requires high local privileges and can disclose or modify data or interrupt the affected device.
