Heap corruption via SkPath point-count integer overflow

Heap buffer overflow in Skia in Google Chrome before 116.0.5845.96 allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory via crafted HTML. During SkPath deserialization, sk_path_analyze_verbs validates path contents with unsafe integer arithmetic, allowing a large path to overflow its point count and produce an unsafe object. Exploitation requires prior renderer-process compromise; the bounded reported consequence is heap corruption.
