Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon Video allows local users to disclose information through a crafted DTS header atom. The Video parser reads beyond the DTS header atom's allocated buffer while processing the atom, exposing adjacent memory and causing limited service interruption. Local execution is required; no privileges or user interaction are required, and published impacts are limited to disclosure and low availability loss.
