SSRF in Jenkins Project Build Failure Analyzer Plugin 2.4.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to initiate outbound connections. MongoDBKnowledgeBase.doTestConnection accepts attacker-controlled host, port, username, and password parameters without checking Overall/Administer permission. Overall/Read permission is sufficient; the endpoint makes a MongoDB connection from the Jenkins controller, enabling network reachability and credential-use attempts.
