Stack overflow in affected Weintek cMT HMI firmware allows remote attackers to bypass login authentication via codesys.cgi. The codesys.cgi program writes attacker-controlled web input beyond a stack buffer, enabling control-flow hijacking; the exact parameter and copy operation are undisclosed. No credentials or user interaction are required, but the web server must be network-reachable; exploitation grants access past the login boundary.
