Stored cross-site scripting in Service Provider Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in another user's browser. The admin user form stores firstname, middlename, and lastname values and writes them into HTML value attributes without output encoding. A logged-in user must save a crafted name and another user must open the affected page; the script then runs with that viewer's application session and can read or alter accessible data.
