Authenticated command execution via license file injection

Code injection in HummerRisk 1.1.0 through 1.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted license file. The validateLicense method appends uploaded file content to a license-validation command, and CommandUtils executes the resulting string through sh -c. Any authenticated account that can submit the crafted request can run commands with the HummerRisk service process privileges.
