Password disclosure via URL search parameter
Published Aug 15, 2023 · Updated Nov 4, 2025
Sensitive-data exposure in LSI Storage Authority and Intel RAID Web Console 3 before 7.017.011.000 allows remote attackers to read passwords. The management web interface places a submitted password in a URL search parameter rather than keeping the credential out of the request URL. Reaching the disclosure requires a login submission; the published assessment reports no ability to alter data or interrupt the service.
