Database read and modification via unescaped user identifier
Published Sep 20, 2023 · Updated Sep 24, 2024
SQL injection in HotelDruid 3.0.5 allows remote attackers to read or modify database data via n_utente_agg in interconnessioni.php. The endpoint interpolates the parameter into quoted UPDATE and INSERT statements without the escaping applied during its preliminary user lookup. The network-reachable request requires no prior privileges; crafted SQL can alter stored application data, retrieve accessible records, or delay database execution.
