Crash via directory-only output path over-read

Heap-buffer over-read in oggenc in Xiph.Org Vorbis-tools 1.4.2 allows local users to crash the encoder through a directory-only output path. create_directories passes a pointer beyond the duplicated output string to strchr when -o names a directory ending in a separator. Reaching the fault requires local invocation or user interaction during WAV conversion; public evidence demonstrates an AddressSanitizer abort, not code execution.
