Reflected XSS in the CMS Made Simple 2.2.18 installer allows attackers to execute JavaScript through crafted database settings. The installer fails to sanitize Database Name, Database User, and Database Port values before returning them in the next-step page. Exploitation requires access to the installation workflow and interaction with the rendered response; execution is limited to the browser context.
