Script execution via crafted Name field
Published Sep 26, 2023 · Updated Sep 23, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Small CRM 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary web scripts through the Add User Name field. The Add User function accepts a crafted Name value and renders it as executable HTML or script content without effective neutralization. Low-privileged access is required to submit the value, and another user's interaction with the affected page triggers browser-context execution.
