Memory corruption via unbounded id parameter
Published Sep 20, 2023 · Updated Sep 25, 2024
Stack overflow in D-Link DI-7200GV2.E1 21.04.09E1 allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory via a crafted id value. The yyxz.data handler fails to enforce the stack buffer's bounds when processing id, causing an out-of-bounds write. No authentication or user interaction is required; public records do not establish whether exploitation crashes the service or permits code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
