Authenticated forum post deletion via unchecked thread identifier

Missing authorization in Submitty before 22.06.00 allows remote authenticated users to delete any forum post via a modified request. The deletion handler authorizes the supplied post_id but passes a separately supplied, unchecked thread_id to setDeletePostStatus. Any forum account can trigger the flaw, causing unauthorized deletion of other users' posts and disruption of course discussions.
