Effect deletion via missing nonce validation

CSRF in the effect-deletion handler in Wow-Company Herd Effects before 5.2.4 allows remote attackers to delete effects via forged requests. The handler does not require a valid WordPress nonce before deleting the selected effect. Exploitation requires an administrator's authenticated browser to follow attacker-controlled content, and the demonstrated consequence is effect deletion.
