Unauthenticated file disclosure via Chalet path traversal
Published Oct 16, 2023 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Directory traversal in Chalet in Extreme Networks Switch Engine (EXOS) allows remote attackers to read arbitrary system files. Extreme Networks has not published the affected Chalet endpoint, parameter, or path-handling operation that permits traversal. Network access to Chalet is sufficient and requires neither authentication nor user interaction, exposing device files to read-only disclosure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
