Arbitrary file creation in Dell Unity before 5.3.0.0.5.120 allows attackers to write crafted files through a server request. Dell has not disclosed the request endpoint, but the assigned weakness shows that a filesystem operation accepts an externally controlled file name or path. Dell describes remote unauthenticated reachability, while its published vector requires high privileges and user interaction; the bounded result is unauthorized file creation with limited service impact.
