External service interaction in IBM Sterling Control Center 6.2.1 through 6.3.1 allows remote attackers to initiate server requests. The application server accepts improperly validated input and uses it to perform DNS lookups or HTTP requests to arbitrary domains. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the resulting request can reach other systems accessible from the server.
