FileProvider denial of service in Apple macOS allows local users to interrupt Endpoint Security clients through an app. Apple has not disclosed the FileProvider code path or operation that mishandles app-controlled input. The issue affects Monterey before 12.7.1, Ventura before 13.6.1, and Sonoma before 14.1; local execution and user interaction are required, and no data access or code execution is reported.
