Application crash via unchecked citation index

Out-of-bounds read in gomarkdown markdown before 0.0.0-20230922105210-14b16010c2ee allows attackers to crash consuming applications. The citation parser sets its index to 1 and reads citation[1] without first ensuring that the parsed citation has at least two bytes. Exploitation requires the consuming application to enable parser.Mmark and process malformed citation input; the resulting Go panic interrupts that application.
