Arbitrary file read and write via path traversal

Path traversal in JumpServer 3.0.0 through 3.6.4 allows remote authenticated users to read or write arbitrary server files. The playbook file API passes attacker-controlled key, parent, and name values to os.path.join, allowing traversal outside the playbook work directory. A logged-in user must create or access a playbook and obtain its identifier; exploitation reaches files accessible to the JumpServer process.
