Authenticated code execution via traversal file upload

Relative path traversal in Fortinet FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via HTTP. The authenticated upload endpoint accepts parent-directory sequences in its filename field and writes supplied content outside the intended upload directory. Low-privileged GUI access is required; overwriting the dynamic-loader preload file can trigger root-level shell execution on logout.
