Restricted configuration disclosure via unchecked JSConsole commands
Published Oct 10, 2023 · Updated Aug 12, 2026
Improper access control in Fortinet FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer products allows remote authenticated users to read restricted configurations. The web interface hides JSConsole client-side, while server-side checks permit low-privilege accounts to run commands that enumerate devices and display configurations outside their assigned ADOM. A low-privilege web account is required; exposed data includes encrypted passwords and certificates, and the permitted ssh command can reach network-accessible SSH services.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=6.2.0 <=6.2.13
