Authentication bypass in FURUNO SYSTEMS ACERA 1320 and ACERA 1310 firmware 01.26 and earlier allows attackers to read or replace device files. FURUNO SYSTEMS has not published the faulty authentication path or request handling that permits access to file-download and upload functions. Exploitation requires network adjacency and ST (Standalone) mode, and permits configuration or firmware replacement and configuration or log disclosure.
