Process-monitor crash via oversized PID suffix concatenation

Denial of service in Microsoft Process Explorer before 17.04 allows local users to crash the application via a crafted process name. Process Explorer copies the executable name into a 256-character buffer, then appends the PID with wcscat_s; an overlength result invokes the default invalid-parameter handler and closes the application. A local user able to launch a process through NtCreateUserProcess can keep Process Explorer unavailable to all users, including administrators, while that process runs.
