Local information disclosure via unchecked record writes

Missing authorization in UNISOC firewall service on Android 11 and Android 12 allows local users to disclose app permission usage records. The service writes an app's permission usage records without checking whether the caller is authorized; the callable interface and disclosure path are not public. A local app context is required, but no additional execution privileges or user interaction are needed; the reported impact is confidentiality only.
