Missing authorization in the omacp service on Unisoc Android 11 through 13 devices allows local users to disclose app permission usage records. The service permits writing an app's permission usage records without checking whether the caller is authorized to perform that operation. A local low-privileged app can reach the flaw without user interaction, and the published record identifies confidentiality loss only.
