Authenticated AD DC hang via blocking RPC call

Denial of service in affected Samba releases allows remote authenticated users to hang an Active Directory domain controller via RPC. dcesrv_echo_TestSleep() passes a caller-selected delay to sleep() while rpcecho occupies the main RPC task's only worker. An authenticated RPC caller can therefore block essentially all AD DC services for the requested duration, while non-AD-DC or disabled-rpcecho deployments are not exposed.
